PRE-BOOKING OF CARRIAGES FOR WOMAD FESTIVAL 

Carriages can be pre-booked for up to 4 days

Hire Without Pre-booking

Hire of carriages for up to 3 days will be available without pre-booking, subject to availability only after 12:00 midday on the Friday. A £100 Cash deposit is required.

Short term (30min) hire on Arrival and Departure

Carts are available for short term hire without pre-booking from £8 for 30 minutes on arrival and departure – see below.

8am Thursday
8am on Friday

Collection and return for these venues and for Day Visitors will be from our retail unit.  We will publish the exact location as soon as it is available.

  • Collection Main Camp site car park from Thursday 8am.
  • Drop-off point at Main Camp site Car Park.

  • Collection from Day Visitors’ Car Park from 12 noon Friday and 10am Saturday and Sunday.
  • Drop off at the main arena at the end of the concert.

Short Term Trolley Hire from £8

Festival Trolley Hire

Trolleys can be hired on arrival and departure. This is on a first come, first serve basis.

Trolley Hire for arrivals and departures

  • £8 for 30 min (£50 cash deposit *)

  • Thereafter at a rate of £4 per 15min or part of ¼ of an hour.

  • *Please note that trolleys will not be hired without a cash deposit!
